Items which are made to order can take up to three weeks, so please account for this as well as shipping times.

SHIPPING

We ship all items by signature required courier.  We are responsible for ensuring items are delivered to you safe and sound.  If any items are lost or damaged in transit we will arrange a replacement.

Target shipping times around New Zealand are 1-2 working days, and 2-6 working days internationally.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS MAY INCUR DUTIES AND TAXES ON ENTERING THE PURCHASERS COUNTRY.  THESE ARE THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE PURCHASER, AND MAY CAUSE SHIPMENTS TO BE DELAYED.

Please email [email protected] to arrange for items to be repaired.  Charges may apply in some circumstances, but you will be informed before proceeding if this is the case.
